Happy New Year 2016! Make Any Resolutions?

We are back in the office and ready to start a great new year at EcoloBlue. Did you have a happy holiday and New Year? Did you make any resolutions for the new year? I didn’t.

However, now that I am sitting here looking at a full bottle of water, I realize I should be drinking more water. What?!?! An employee of EcoloBlue isn’t drinking enough water? Yes, I know. I have atmospheric water generators making the best water I can drink, right in the next room. But you know how it is… days fly by while you’re at work, you get extremely busy, and you just don’t think about it. At least I don’t. I think that will be my resolution, to drink more water. I have no excuse not to, and think of all the healthy benefits… better skin, more energy, helps with weight loss, and it’s just all around good for you.

Some authorities say that you should drink half your body weight in ounces every day. So if you weigh 150lbs, you should drink approximately 75oz of water a day. I do not know if that is best or not, however, you can use your best judgement on what is best for you. Personally, I have a 24oz water bottle on my desk at work. I’m going to make my goal to drink at least 2 full bottles of water during my work day. So get on board with me and drink more water!
